Alessi 4180S24 24-piece stainless steel dry cutlery set
Dry Cutlery Service
With over 26 types of cutlery, the Dry service is one of the most complete in the Alessi catalog. Cutlery is held in a small hand "- said Achille Castiglioni -" they are not tools that must have the shape of the hand ". The ergonomics in the case of dry cutlery is not in the design of the handle, but in the final part, which must adapt to the type of food for which it is intended. Dry cutlery in stainless steel with wide and long tips, large cups and long knives: the perfect tool for eating spaghetti, soup and meat.

Company
Founded in 1921 as a "technical workshop for the processing of brass and nickel-silver plates, with a foundry", Alessi has always been known for the high quality of its products.
Over the course of almost a century, it has gradually evolved into a leading representative of Italian design forges, applying its remarkable skills and expertise in design management to very different types of products.
The company is open to change and international developments, but at the same time firmly rooted in the tradition and cultural heritage of its environment. Alessi is still synonymous with objects that are characterized by their artisanal qualities, but which are produced with the help of machines.
Alessigraphy, or the geography of Alessi production
Most Alessi objects are still produced in Italy - since the company was founded in 1921 - through cold metal working, which is the responsibility of skilled employees in Crusinallo di Omegna.
Over time, Alessi has also included other materials in its program, such as porcelain, glass, wood and plastic, developing a special production method for each. Even for external production, outside the Crusinallo factory, Alessi's guidelines guarantee the same high quality standards as those in-house, always balancing technical and industrial complexity with attention to artisanal details.
The non-metallic objects are manufactured at various production facilities around the world. They are and remain original Alessi objects, as they are based on the same high-caliber design approach and the same quest for quality that characterizes all the company's products.
