How it works
The head is on a soft layer of polyester fleece - it ensures the usual comfort and breathability. The support effect is guaranteed by the water layer on the bottom.

All you need is water
Use plain water from the tap without additives for the water container. It can remain safe in the pillow for up to one year and it should only be removed before washing.
Fine adjustment
If you have the feeling that it could be a little louder/louder, simply add more water - continuously and, if necessary, to the milliliter until it is 100% correct. If it is too hard or hard, just drain any amount of water. Tip: It is better to start with less water and then gradually increase.
Filling and removing residual air
